带宠物猫狗到美国、加拿大规定：
1、健康证书
只有离境前7天内发给的健康证书才有效。证书由兽医签发，上面注明（该兽医必须是负责发放出境证书的有关部门所认可的代理人）该宠物没有患任何传染病、细菌病以及狂犬病。
2、狂犬病的免疫注射证明
这里要提的是，在一个消灭了狂犬病的国家（如英国、 爱尔兰、澳大利亚等国）生活了6个月后再进入其它国家的宠物，则可以不必具备此证书。然而，出于对宠物的爱护，以及到达目的地时，让海关确信该宠物符合检疫要求，最好还是让宠物注射狂犬病疫苗,注射疫苗后30-365天有效.
3、美国夏威夷特别规定：需要化验血清，抽血日130天后才能入境，到达后不需要隔离。
注意事项：
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has regulations on the importation of dogs and cats into the United States。 In general, they require that dogs be vaccinated against rabies at least 30 days prior to entry, except for puppies younger than 3 months and dogs originated or located for 6 months in areas considered to be free of rabies。 A dog with an unexpired health certificate meets these requirements。 We strongly suggest you visit the CDC web site at:http://www。cdc。gov/animalimportation/BringingAnimalToUs。htmlor call them at 1-800-232-4636, for more information on their regulations。 There is no vaccination regulation for cats。
加拿大安大略省比特犬不允许入境。加拿大全境一般只可以安排8个月大的狗入境，猫大于3个月入境。
